Monique Toonen Strategic Advisory (referred to as “I”, “me” or “my”) is committed to respecting your online privacy and recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Information you share with me. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, process and disclose information through advisory.moniquetoonen.com and the Strategic Advisory services. It applies to Strategic Advisory Sessions, Decision Capital and The Unseen.

Personal Information means information that can identify you directly or indirectly. The information collected varies with the purpose for which you provide it.

How I modify this Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy by posting an amended version on this page. The updated date will appear above. Please review it when you use the website or services.

The types of information I collect

I collect the information necessary to respond to you and provide the service you request. This may include your name and email address when you contact me; your booking details and answers about the situation, decision, stakes and timing; subscription and access details for The Unseen; and billing information and payment confirmation needed to provide purchased services. Payment card information is handled by the payment processor rather than entered into this website.

This website does not use visitor analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. The website host receives technical requests, which can include an IP address, to deliver and secure the site. I do not use those requests to profile visitors.

How and when I collect information

I receive Personal Information when you provide it through a message, booking, checkout, access request or advisory conversation. I may also receive information from the services used to process payments, arrange bookings or deliver access. You may choose not to provide particular information, although that may mean I cannot respond fully or deliver a service.

How I use your information

I use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare for and deliver Strategic Advisory Sessions, administer Decision Capital credits, provide access to The Unseen, process payments through service providers, maintain records, protect the website and meet legal obligations. The applicable basis for processing may be your request, our agreement, a legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, a legal obligation or your consent where it is required.

I use AI as quality control. The judgment and advice are mine, and I share them with you live during our sessions. Information you provide for advisory may be processed with an AI service to review assumptions, contradictions or missing facts before I give advice. AI does not make the final judgment or deliver advice independently. If you need a particular confidentiality arrangement for sensitive personal information or third-party material, contact me before sending it.

Payments and service providers

Payments are handled by Stripe. Booking, hosting, communications and access services may process the information needed to perform their functions. I share only information relevant to providing the requested service or managing my business. Each external service may also apply its own privacy notice. I do not sell your Personal Information.

Submission, storage and international transfers

Personal Data you provide may be stored through the systems I use to deliver Strategic Advisory. Access is limited to me and those service providers who need it to host the site, process payments, schedule sessions, manage access or support delivery. Information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where required, international transfers are made using an applicable legal mechanism or safeguard.

Information sharing and disclosure

I may disclose information when necessary to deliver a requested service, comply with law, protect rights or safety, or in connection with a transfer of the business. If the business or its assets are transferred, I will require the recipient to respect applicable privacy commitments. I do not disclose your private advisory information for public testimonials or promotional content without your permission.

External links and resources

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when displaying those fonts. When you follow links to Stripe, Calendly, Telegram or social platforms, those services process information under their own privacy policies. If the website later introduces analytics or tracking, this policy will be updated.

Data security

I use reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. If a breach requires notification under applicable law, I will notify the affected people and authorities as required.

Data retention and confidentiality

I retain Personal Data for as long as needed to provide the requested service and for relevant legal, contractual and accounting purposes. I aim to keep information shared in a private advisory context confidential, subject to the service providers necessary to deliver the work and disclosures required by law.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability; object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and complain to a relevant data protection authority. This website and its services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children through Strategic Advisory.
