Terms and Conditions
Scope
These terms apply to the Strategic Advisory website, individual advisory sessions, Decision Capital, and The Unseen offered by Monique Toonen. The specific description and price shown at checkout form part of your purchase. By booking or purchasing, you agree to these terms.
Strategic Advisory Sessions
Sessions are offered in the duration selected at checkout. Share information relevant to the decision before we meet. Advice depends on the facts available and the time booked. If a decision needs more work than the session allows, we can discuss a separate booking; additional work is never included automatically.
Decision Capital
Decision Capital provides twelve 15-minute credits for use over six months, as described on the website. Longer sessions use the corresponding number of credits, subject to availability and scheduling. A session booked with Decision Capital credits follows the same rescheduling rules as an individual Strategic Advisory Session: request a change preferably at least 48 hours before the session; the last opportunity to reschedule is 24 hours before it begins. Within 24 hours of the session, or after a missed appointment, the credits allocated to that booking are used and cannot be restored or moved. Unused credits expire at the end of the six-month period. Decision Capital purchases and unused credits are non-refundable. Any specific start date or booking instructions supplied after purchase apply to your purchase.
The Unseen
The Unseen is private access to audio content offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Prices and billing interval appear at checkout. Subscription payments recur according to the checkout terms until cancelled. Use the cancellation method provided with your subscription or contact info@moniquetoonen.com for help. Cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid for a monthly or annual subscription are not refunded under this policy.
Payment and rescheduling
Payments are processed through Stripe. If you need to change a booked Strategic Advisory Session, email info@moniquetoonen.com, preferably at least 48 hours before it begins. You may reschedule without an additional fee up to 24 hours before the session begins, subject to availability. A request made less than 24 hours before the session, a cancellation, or a missed appointment forfeits the booked session: it cannot be rescheduled and no refund is offered. If I cannot deliver a booked session, I will arrange another available time at no additional cost.
Your role and confidentiality
You remain responsible for deciding and acting on advice, and for checking the accuracy and completeness of information you provide. I treat information you share in a private session as confidential, subject to necessary service providers, your permission, and legal obligations. Please do not submit information you are not entitled to share.
